IU: Store Locator Map

These terms apply to IU: Store Locator Map (“the app”), a Wix app that shows a business’s store locations on a map. By installing the app you agree to them, in addition to Wix’s own terms for the Wix App Market.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan shows up to 5 locations on the site and a small credit line under the widget.
• The Pro plan shows all locations and removes the credit line. It is billed by Wix, monthly or yearly, and may start with a free trial. Upgrades, cancellations and refunds follow Wix’s billing terms and are managed in your Wix account.

Your content

You are responsible for the locations and details you publish, and for having the right to publish them. Your locations are stored in your Wix site and remain yours.

Maps and address lookup

Map data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors through free third-party services. Map positions found from addresses are suggestions; check them before publishing. We can’t guarantee that these services are always available or accurate, and the app may switch between providers to stay available.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app running and fix problems promptly, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may improve or change features over time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app.
